What is Miles Dental Plan?
Miles Dental Plan is NOT dental insurance, but rather a dental savings plan that’s offered exclusively through our office. Unlike traditional dental insurance that are filled with red-tape, our in-office plan features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions, or claims process.
How much does the plan cost?
Miles Dental Plans are very affordable and will almost always pay for itself in only one visit to our dental office. With choices to fit any budget, saving on your dental care has never been easier, or more affordable.
Individual Plans are shown on our homepage. Family Plans include a 10% courtesy for 2 or more family members.
Children: $20 per month or $240 per year for the same plan benefits. Please note, that we do not offer oral sedation at our office. Some of our younger patients who need this may be referred to a children’s dentist for this service. In this case, you will be eligible for a refund on your child’s enrollment.
Adults: $28 per month or $336 per year.
Periodontal and Whitening Plans: We have 2 other plans which you can read about on our home page. These have some really nice options for patients with gum disease or for those who would like to keep their teeth really white with an annual in office whitening treatment.
Note: Your annual subscription will automatically renew every 12 months unless you elect to opt-out. Prior to your renewal date we’ll send you a renewal notification letter via mail (45 days prior) and a renewal reminder via email (7 days prior).
How frequently can I use my new plan?
Unlike traditional dental insurance plans that are filled with red-tape, a Miles Dental Plan has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed.
To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history. The plan will cover 2 cleanings per year and 3 on the periodontal plan at our office.
Can I add dependents to my membership?
Yes, you can add dependents to your membership anytime by logging in to your account or calling (817) 502-1800, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.
How do I renew my membership?

Where can I use my membership?
Miles Dental Plan is accepted only at our office in Fort Worth. Please call (817) 502-1800, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, to enroll or you can do it online on this website.
Specialist services are not covered by this plan. Treatment at other dental offices is also not covered.
How soon can I start using my membership?
Miles Dental Plan has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums. You can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while you’re a member. Simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and the office staff will verify your eligibility real-time and apply the member-only discounts to your treatment plan.
How long is my membership term?
Your membership is for 12 months. Miles Dental Plan features an annual subscription term that auto-renews at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or our dedicated plan administrator (at office@milesdental.com) that you would like to discontinue prior to it’s annual renewal date.

Please note that membership benefits are subject to change. Also each calender year we will make slight adjustments to our plan fee schedule and membership fees to keep up with inflation.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership call (817) 502-1800, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.
If you just want your subscription to not auto-renew annually then log in and follow the directions. Your current subscription will change to Pending Cancelation status and will not auto-renew upon its annual renewal date. You will continue to receive member discounts until your subscription changes from Pending Cancelation to Canceled on its annual renewal date.
You only need to give us 60 days notice to cancel. We don’t want to keep someone locked in to a plan if they are moving or are otherwise unhappy with their membership. Just call us and we will cancel your subcription in 60 days. You may continue to use your membership until it cancels.
